Missing test data will not block submission. We will identify evidence gaps and confirm the WHS, product-regulator and AICIS scope before preparation begins.

01

Product and Australian market

Identify the exact product, intended use, duty-holder role and Commonwealth, state or territory scope.

Physical form*
The product is intended for*
02

Product composition

Add every substance and commercial raw material. Current supplier SDS files are particularly important for trade-name blends, UVCBs and imported grades.

Example
Phosphoric acidCAS 7664-38-2 · 25%
WaterCAS 7732-18-5 · 74%
Corrosion inhibitorUnknown identifiers · 1%

Supplier evidence matters: an overseas trade name alone may not establish the composition, Australian classification or regulatory status of the grade actually introduced.

03

Product properties

Provide measured values, units, temperatures and test methods when available. Do not estimate data merely to complete the form.

04

Existing documentation

Upload the evidence that should be considered for Australian classification, SDS preparation and scope review.

05

Company and Australian duty-holder details

Provide the entity placing the request. The Australian manufacturer or importer identity shown in Section 1 must be confirmed for the actual supply arrangement.

Australian contact point: overseas documents generally need the relevant Australian manufacturer or importer details and an Australian compliance check before release.

06

Additional services

Select related work your product may need. Work outside the confirmed standard scope starts only after approval.

Scope and price

A$69.99 applies to a standard workplace formulation with up to 10 ingredients when complete composition, current supplier documents and the Australian manufacturer or importer are confirmed. UVCBs, unknown or variable compositions, nanomaterials, aerosols, agricultural or veterinary chemicals, therapeutic goods, complex consumer products and projects requiring additional toxicological, AICIS, dangerous-goods or jurisdictional assessment may require an individual quotation. No extra work begins without approval.

Designed for Australia

Not an overseas SDS with an Australian flag added.

The Australian workspace uses WHS, GHS 7, evidence control and workplace jurisdiction fields. OSHA and EU CLP logic are not inherited.

Supplier-grade records

Keep exact commercial grades and source revisions beside public identifiers.

One product, one evidence trail

Jurisdiction status should never hide technical uncertainty.

CompliWorld separates source evidence, classification approval and Australian jurisdiction review while keeping them in one release process.

  • One product identity across SDS and label
  • Label and SDS comparison
  • Model and enacted WHS jurisdiction separated

Each guide addresses a distinct WHS, GHS 7 or jurisdictional problem and links to primary Australian sources.

Australian chemical compliance starts with role, product and jurisdiction.

Map the Australian duty holder and jurisdiction before preparing an SDS.

Open guide

Use GHS 7 for current Australian workplace chemical output.

Remove legacy GHS 3 assumptions from current Australian product records.

Open guide

An Australian SDS has sixteen connected sections, not sixteen isolated text boxes.

Build and audit all sixteen Australian SDS sections as one document.

Open guide

Build Section 2 from approved Australian classification evidence.

Keep GHS 7 classification, label elements and Section 2 synchronised.

Open guide

Section 3 must describe the actual Australian product composition.

Align disclosed ingredients and concentration information with classification evidence.

Open guide

Prepare the Australian SDS from evidence, not from a blank template.

Move from source collection to a controlled Australian SDS release.

Open guide

Five years is a maximum review interval, not a reason to ignore new information.

Control both periodic review and immediate change-driven assessment.

Open guide

An overseas SDS is evidence, not a finished Australian document.

Convert foreign source documentation into a controlled Australian assessment.

Publication status: review. Pages remain noindex until Australian regulatory and jurisdictional review is complete.
