Scope and price

A$69.99 applies to a standard workplace formulation with up to 10 ingredients when complete composition, current supplier documents and the Australian manufacturer or importer are confirmed. UVCBs, unknown or variable compositions, nanomaterials, aerosols, agricultural or veterinary chemicals, therapeutic goods, complex consumer products and projects requiring additional toxicological, AICIS, dangerous-goods or jurisdictional assessment may require an individual quotation. No extra work begins without approval.

Australian regulatory basis

Prepared against the confirmed WHS and GHS 7 scope.

For requests within scope, the classification, label elements and 16-section SDS are assessed using GHS 7 and the applicable Australian WHS framework, with the current Safe Work Australia model Code of Practice used as guidance. Safe Work Australia develops model materials but Commonwealth, state and territory authorities regulate and enforce WHS laws. AICIS introduction obligations and dangerous-goods transport classification are separate assessments. Final conclusions depend on the submitted evidence, product use, Australian duty holder and jurisdiction.
